Browning Thingamabob???

    Found this at a yard sale but have NO idea what it is or what it goes to. Any Ideas? It's about the size of a 20mm and is made to look like a shell, made of copper & brass but that's as far as I can guess. Picked it up because I can't resist weird things!!

    They are still produced,it could also be"BROWNING Walking Bullet Walking Cane".
