Bronze Vase and Brass/Bronze Eagle

The Eagle is Circa 1950, a very popular mantle ornament of the time. These are very heavy pieces with no markings. I believe the eagle should also have a wooden base. They are hollow and ragged looking on the inside. The Eagle is 10" tall, The vase is 9".
