komokwa The Truth is out there...!

Any information would be most welcomed.
    It's 10 1/2 x 6 1/2 inches , and heavy as ......uhhh.....bronze.
The Cloisonne is dull , & pot marked in places, and scuffed in others.

Your three character mark (政治作) at left in Chinese translates as: "Zhengzhi Zuo" (made by or for the government).

The other marks at right are in seal-script and I can't translate....sorry!

My guess would be Japanese judging from the form, decoration and seal-script marks, probably dates to the early-20th C.
