Brocanteuse starting out :)

    Hello! I've recently moved to France after owning an art gallery in New Zealand and I've become obsessed with brocantes in my region. Though I'm new to collecting - I'm really just going with my "eye" at this stage - I've found some nice pieces and have just set out my slate on Etsy to allow me to continue with my "habit" without filling my house to hoarder levels :happy: Since listing I've realised I need to build my knowledge base significantly to sell the way I want to (ie. with proper IDs on the pieces and a little history fir buyers) also I LOVE learning about the fascinating objects that fall into my hands! This site looks like a great resource - very interesting to see the wonderful finds people are making. I'm looking forward to reading more!
