British Army Rifle Brigade Cap Device; Which Unit?

~46mm high, ~38mm wide, ~11 gm.
In the horizontal bar immediately beneath the crown is Waterloo; beneath the (Victoria?) cross in the ribbon are Topol, Peninsula, an' Inkerman. The ribbons near the upper arms of the wreath contain Sevas on the left, an' Alma on the right. Surrounding the central features are Rifle Brigade.
I understand Waterloo, Alma, Peninsula an' Inkerman (legendary battles, I think); Topol & Sevas escape me, so far. I'm hoping the pin & closure will allow an approximate date to be assigned to it.
Whatever light y'all can shine on this item will be much appreciated. Thanks for lookin'!

 

Sevastopol is in Crimea, so you're talking a unit active in the Crimean War.

Mine isn't military, as it has no loops...an' on Davey's link the genuine article has named battles on each of its 4 arms. Mine has only tiny, oval dots in those places to represent the letters.
So, a fashion accessory...or a 'sweetheart' pin?
Not much value there, methinks, but we shall see...!
