Brilliant? Signed glass oval vase

    I was wondering if this vase is american brilliant? Also it's signed but very hsrd to make out what it reads. All I can see is the letters "EQ". Thank you for any info!

    IMHO--not American Brilliant. Never signed like that and "cuts" not sharp enough. Center stars not correctly polished . My guess European.
