Bright Colors, Thick paint, Painting Signed Barrera - which Berrera?

    This is 1 of 7 paintings, lithos, etc (in frames) that I bought on a local thrift store's first day of reopening after closing for 2 months for the corona virus.
    I like the colors on this - but when I googled Barrera artist...there are a LOT!
    Anyone know which Barrera painted this?
    It's not a factory painting is it? :)

    According to the tape, Galeria André is a chain of art and frame shops in Barranquilla, Bucaramanga and Valledupar, Colombia. Still in business according to the internet. (Here's the Barranquilla store.) I'd call your painting "decorative" but... that's just a better class of "factory" painting.
