Brass - Who is this warrior? Woman?

    That's all I have. Looks female to me, but it could be male. Some warrior goddess?

    An amazon, maybe? Which would explain the flat chest.

    No, it can't, not with that costume and sword.
    It looks like a man in late Medieval or Renaissance dress, note the slits, and wearing Renaissance style tights.

    The right leg looks bare to me; stockings/hose didn't fit that well in those days. Can't tell whether what is around the neck is part of the shirt or more like a torque.

    The corresponding area on the other side is more regular, simple decoration. Wondering if there is writing here:

    Artist may have had a particular individual in mind, but it is probably a mistake to assume any part of it is historically accurate for the time. Certainly not Native American, unless an exercise of the sort of artistic license that gives us the Virgin Mary in Renaissance dress, etc. Neither man nor horse is equipped for battle. Horn could indicate hunting or herald.
