brass silver rosewater sprinkler unknown arabic makers stamp?

    does anyone happen to know more about this, I was wondering if the base was silver I thought it would be strange to plate just a small part of the item.

    There is an interesting mark on the base of a crown with some letters, I've had a look online but haven't seen anything similar $_57 (34).jpg $_57.jpg
