Brass Lamp Help

Looking some help with this lamp which has a registered design number on one of the legs can’t make out.Just looking any info on the style possible maker .When I was having a good look it comes apart and the inside was painted gold I don’t know anything else about it.

 

What is on the bottom of the body?

 

Here's what I get from those MULTIPLE stamped numbers..... I "THINK" I'm seeing......RP, then either C or G, then 3241......and I DON'T know if/what they might mean, but others might!!!

I get the 3241 too, but the first letter or number is a mystery.

 

The "3" could be an "8" too. Hard to tell, though.

 

If the registration number is 5 letters or number (including the one that is hard to read, that cannot be a letter at the beginning.

 

RD for Registered Design used after the kite mark less complicated, can’t make out the first number but the other numbers give me something to search for.Can’t imagine what it would look like painted gold with either a glass or material shade.Thank you all again for helping those numbers are something to go on.

 

Taking into account it could be any number between 1 and 9 after the Rd it could be dated up to 1888 at least as there’s 5 numbers there, after this there’s another digit added if anyone can understand what I mean.
