Featured Brass & Glass Brooch - French?

    Most of the brass and glass brooches that I see are Czech.
    This one struck me as different due to the pierced metal mesh back and the Fleur de Lys decoration and I wonder if it’s French?
    c8cm across.
    20’s/30’s with that hinge?
    Any thoughts?
    I’ll give it a clean and see how it comes up.

    Might still be Czech. Might also be German.
