Brass Candelabra

    Very unusual Brass candelabra
    It is 15 inch High
    It weighs about 5 lbs
    There are 2 couples dancing and a man playing the bagpipes on the top
    Any body have any idea as to it age, A1.jpg A2.jpg A3.jpg A4.jpg a6.jpg a7.jpg a8.jpg A1.jpg A2.jpg A3.jpg A4.jpg a6.jpg a7.jpg a8.jpg country of origin or significance would be very helpful
