    Greetings,

I hope everyone is keeping safe and calm during these trying times.

The bracelet & earrings I’m asking for help on have been posted before in the finds section. The bracelet was found a while before the earrings. Both look very similar to me and both have different marks. Any guess as to where they came from? I’m thinking 70’s for age but this isn’t based on anything other than feel.

That clasp is usually Middle Eastern, but ... Greece?

Or Indian. Think in this case Middle Eastern is correct. Bracelet fairly modern to have the metal content marked in the western manner. 'Fairly modern' could mean 70s. Egypt revised its marking in that decade. I can't get a handle on the earring marks. Similar to Egyptian in general appearance but not. The metal work is of a type common to the Mid-East but the enameling is not.

I'm thinking Turkish. Made for the tourist market, given those are clips.

Or Greek. I found some similar ones once and those were Greek. Of course given that the two have cross-pollinated early and often for the last few millenia... who knows.
