Featured Bowl and Candle Sticks

    I didn't get a good picture of the pattern on any of them, but here is what I got

    No marks I could see on the bottom

    That was my first thought too, Pat. Could be something else, I suppose, but the design and color are real good.

    Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

    So if that is what it is, with no marks it would be pre-1890?

    The McKinley Act required all imports to have the place of origin stamped on items.
    So yes these are most likely pre 1890. Paper labels were used later after WWII.

    In 1921, the Act was revised where "Made in" had to also appear with the country of origin.
