I have a few more books to give away. I'm happy to ship them Media Mail to keep the shipping cost low. All the books are in good condition.

If more than one person is interested in a book, I'll draw names next weekend.

    1. I Will Never Leave You; Hugh and Gayle Prather; softcover.

    2. What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Hypothyroidism; Ken Blanchard; softcover.

    3. The Truth About the Drug Companies; Marcia Angell (former Editor in Chief of the N.E. Journal of Medicine); hardcover.

    4. The Official Sex Manual; Gerald Sussman; hardcover. Not really a sex manual... but a tongue-in-cheek work. There's a newspaper ad for the book sitting inside the front board, which has unfortunately stained the paper it touched.

If anyone would like the publication info, please ask!

Pat, I would really appreciate the 2nd one - the one about hypothyroidism. I have a family member who suffers from it, and I would like to learn more about it. Thanks!

OOPS again. What's going on here?

    3. Especially in the current political atmosphere it would be too scary. Thanks, anyway.

    4. HMMMMMMMMMMMM! Well, I guess he beat me to it.
Probably needs it to bring back ancient memories.
    I'll pass.

On second thought, Pat. I might suggest you require proof of appropriate age before you send adult material.

SB, sorry, I should have mentioned that the book was published in 2004. As far as I know, thyroid treatment hasn't changed significantly in the last decade, but there may have been some changes. Would that affect your wanting the book?

Thanks for asking, Pat, but since I'm just looking for a bit of insight into this particular issue, I think the older edition should be okay. (I just won't use it to recommend any treatment!)

    Thanks again.

Okeydoke, SB will receive #2 and King will receive #4. The Epilepsy Foundation, which kindly picks up donations at the end of our driveway will receive #s 1 and 3. :)

SB, please send me your shipping address in a private message. King, I assume you'll want to use the same address I shipped to before? I'll let you both know the postage amount after I ship.

Thanks for helping me recycle these books to good homes! :)
