Bohrmann Silver Plate Fish Set & Name

    Hi,
    I have a silver plate fish set by Bohrmann of Frankfurt Germany, also has the name Ernst Krauss. I can find information on the Bohrmann Company but nothing on Ernst - do you think this is the name of the original owner of the set? With google I can find Ernst Kraus (only 1 S), a German dramatic tenor, don't think this would be him - but I have been wrong many times before:)
    Any information appreciated.

    A couple possibilities - retailer or, since it's so prominently placed, a restauranteur?
