    The foot has the look of Sklo, but the configuration was not unique to that group.

    Definitely not Orrefors or any quality Scandi maker. That's moulded for one thing, rather than hand blown with a nice polished base. Could be Sklo, might be Arcopal/Durand. That sapphire was used widely.
