Blue Onion Plate Marked Meissen but not Crossed Swords Meissen

    I'm struggling to find the maker of this Blue Onion pattern plate, 9 3/8". The blue mark is blurry but does say Meissen and the mark below might be a sword but it's not crossed swords. Meissen is also impressed along with the number 5. Any guesses on who made it?
