Featured Blue Glass Plate - ID Help Please

Hello -

Would appreciate any guidance on this plate. With my amazing detective skills, I've determined:

It is blue, glass, heavier and the design looks like seashells to me

The plate measures 7 13/16'' wide.

Thanks cluttered, I have had that thought also. Before I made a mistake and put it in the Flea Market/Garage Sale box, I wanted to be sure. So many brilliant 'glassy' eyes and minds here!

 

I agree newer looks nicely made use it to serve bon bon etc
