If not wrong this is by Berndorf Metalware Factory. Not sure of the metal type. Alpacca?
Any idea when was this particular mark used?

Also, the decoration, Mid Eastern, Persian? Is not the design unusual for the company?
    thanks

Berndorf has a bear mark you have an eagle. Looks Russian? But that's just a wild guess. Others more knowledgeable should come along ;)

Well, the mid eastern patterns and the eagle threw me off? I can't find similar.:(

The animal looks like a female ibex?

The mark looks like similar to this, but the eagle is a bit different

B MF with eagle is shown here but for much earlier time

There is a two headed eagle mark but on a Polish piece. The design seems to be Iranian or so.

So, seems like European companies did make pieces for the Mid Eastern market.

By the way, the double headed eagle was met in the Eastern world since ancient times:

Middle Eastern silver isn't really my bailiwick, but would guess late Qajar era Persian/Iranian (late 19th-early 20th century), which fits in with the marks, Berndorfer Metallwaren-Fabrik wouldn't have been likely to use the 'Supplier to the Court' eagle mark after WWI. The origin might be revealed by that insignia/symbol/word in the one panel...

I've had Egyptian souvenir spoons that were made in Germany, and Austria was certainly a presence in that area, but from the somewhat crude look of it, suspect that is hand-chasing that was added locally, rather than a factory produced design. Berndorf produced wares in all sorts of metals, but would also guess alpacca or similar alloy, probably originally silverplated.
