Bernard Buffet on board; print on board?

I had to go to the post office to mail some things that sold on ebay yesterday before my estate sale started & since I was out in my car anyway I decided a quick stop at my local thrift store wouldn't hurt (it's an addiction I'm telling you), before I started my estate sale to sell some of the other things I'd bought at this store.
And I'm glad I did because I found this Bernard Buffet on board!
But when I did an image search I saw other versions of this. Initially thought this was a painting, but now obviously not.
    So what is it?
A print on board? A lithograph? A silkscreen?
You can see the board on back where I tore a small hole in the paper backing.
Also, any idea where the paper tag came from- the framer?
there's something written in pen by the artist's name - does that tell what knid of print it is?
Any help would be great so I know what it is.
    Thank you!

Looks like a print on board.

I think I can see printed dots.

    I looked close & couldn't see any.
    laura9797, I didn't know - I actually thought it could/might/possibly be a painting when I first saw it & felt it!
Thank you and thank you Houseful!

I also found this...snuff box? with burl wood - and a painted figure (right? You can see some little bumps or clumps of paint in close up on left side of stomach) is this one a painting?
Also it is burl? Because it changes color dramatically when in sunlight & not/in shade?
I also think it's missing a bottom ring of tortoise shell?

lovely little box - might be celluloid and not tortoise although you can't sell it if it is tortoise. The decor is supposed to resemble pate-sur-pate. With the Buffet, if you enlarge the signature, you will see pixilation.

The painting technique on the box is called "en grisaille" for being monochrome, and "trompe l'oeil" for trying to fool the eye into thinking it's 3D.

So it's not burl? Because I posted it on ebay as burl & tortoiseshell- I'm going to have to change tortoiseshell to celluloid, so should I remove burl?
PS - thank you moreotherstuff and Laura 9797 !

I was only referring to the painting on the lid. I don't know about the wood.

I would just be careful using the term tortoiseshell - you might get flagged. It could very well be tortoiseshell but I would test. There are some hot needle tests you can try but you have to be very careful. You can also rub it hard with your finger and see if you smell chemicals.
