Berkey & Gay Painted China Cabinet

Hi All, I have a Berkey & Gay painted china cabinet that I have had for many years. I would love to know more about the age and perhaps the value of the piece. I have searched online but I haven't really found this design. I love the piece, but have considered selling it only because of space constraints. Any information is appreciated!

Just watched Antiques Roadshow S23 E22 “Vintage Bismark” first aired (2019) and saw at the end “Hidden Treasures” a very small “OLD IRONSIDES TABLE”. Seems while Berkey & Gay made furniture in the 19th-early 20th c., they did restorations later on and used that same medallion from the 1921 to 1945. You possibly might look deeper for the original maker to find similar. It should be older if restored by B&G.

table was valued at $1000-1500 back then(2019). Don’t think brown furniture is doing well lately.

While B&G furniture is good quality and your piece seems to be in good condition, an $800 asking price is way ambitious. Even half that would be too much in my Midwest location. Might be Ok for a big city but you would need to be willing to negotiate.
