Bent Bros Captain's Chairs with Cyrillic Stencil & Scales of Justice

Hi just found two Bent Bros Captain's Chairs w/stenciled crest which has Cyrillic writing and (seemingly) scales of justice along with dates from late 1800s to early 1900s. Any idea of value? Deciding where to use them and if they should avoid high-traffic use or not. Thanks!
