Featured Before & After on my Victorian Revival style furniture set

    I posted last Aug about this set I picked up for $50.... Here is the finished product!
    I Cleaned it up with the gojo that was recommended, and I took it to my lady who reupholstered it, put in new webbing and repaired some of the veneer.

    I love how it turned out! Thanks everyone for your helpful advice and information. I'm selling it, and would love some input on where to price it....I fortunately live in an area where these things sell quite well. I have about $300 into it (yikes i know). Honestly, if I broke even on it, it'd still be worth it for the transformation...

    Anyone have any thoughts on what I should list it for? I am also considering selling the rocker separately (if one were to ask). It almost doesn't seem to "go" with the other 2 pieces.....

    Splendid! Wonderful work. You show us the lasting value of antiques, which can be made to last centuries. Take THAT IKEA!

    The rocker seems to go with the set perfectly well; I’d keep them together. In any case, there is little demand for rockers by themselves, even such a nice one as this!
