I am trying to get information on my grandmother's bedroom set to sell it. Any help would be appreciated. It's about 100 years old. Thank you.

komokwa The Truth is out there...!

    it's lovely........granny had good taste.

depending on where you are....selling them one item at a time might be a whole heck of a lot easier than as a whole package ..!!

Lovely set! In what country are you located? Is the condition of the set as good as it looks in the photos? What size is the bed? (In the US, full size can be a tough sell, people want at least queen size nowadays... which makes it hard to sell vintage/antique bedroom sets, no matter how nice they are).
I'm going to throw out a guess and say.... 1930s-ish. In my Midwest USA suburban area, and assuming very good condition, I'd likely put it up on FB Marketplace for $200-$250 for the set and see what happens.
BUT, wait for the more knowledgeable people to weigh in. :)

Please show us pics of how the drawers are constructed assembled.
PS-Don't think I'd sell in Midwest US-Chicago maybe ? Market to the larger cities where the avg price of a home/condo would be 300K & up.

The Joints (fingers) that lock the drawer sides together.

It has rectangular tabs that are like dovetails, just not a semi-triangular shape.

Agree with a 20s-30s date. Styling is French but not really true to a historical style. Looks to be walnut and satinwood veneers and solids stained to match. Looks to have been nicely refinished at some point. Probably American factory made. Hard saying by who but quality is pretty good. Photo is a bit dark but I do see dovetails on the drawer.

value is really dependent on where and how selling. I will throw out some realistic selling values for non-big city Midwest, though you might need to negotiate downward if little interest. You might do better, or worse, depending on your location. As indicated, The bed has minimal value. Maybe $50.00-$75.00 to the right person if any interest at all. The chest would be the most valuable, say, $150.00 or so, Desk $75.00 - $100.00. Pair of nightstands $75.00 - $100.00. Values would be less at auction and a bit more at retail.

Aquitaine Is What It IS! But NEVER BORED!

We both tried to lighten it and still show the dovetailing:

Those custom glass tops must have been expensive. The one on the desk is cut perfectly to fit the scalloped edges if I'm seeing the photo right.

Can't help with pricing. I can say that this kind of thing is selling for a lot less than it was 30 years ago. You do have the advantage that it appears to be in pristine condition, I'm sure the glass tops kept it so, and really is a lovely set.

I'd be tempted to try to sell it as a set, but you may need to break it up if that doesn't work.
