Beautiful vintage gold left bangle

I have this vintage gold leaf inside bangle , trying to find out who it’s by , does anyone recognise this symbol, someone mentioned could be europeon.

I think its SP. That might be Speidel?

 

It's Lucite or similar with gold foil inclusions. I don't recognise the mark off hand, but it looks good quality.

I was thinking clear resin with gold leaf; it may be an artisan piece if it's resin. You can buy kits to do it at home if you have a well-ventilated area to work in. If it's artisan you may never figure out the maker.

 

Could it be prystal bakelite? The interior where the signature is doesn't look like it, but the outer part kind of does...not sure I've seen bakelite in that color before though.
