Beautiful, Tropical inspired brooch

  1. Hello all! This is my first post and I'm just getting my feet wet in the world of antiques. Recently, I came across several items and have done an extensive amount of research on a few of them, but have not gotten too much info on those items. This beauty here is one that I'm stuck on. Does anyone know what era it's from? I wasn't sure whay time period the rivets indicated and I still need to clean it too. Is there a particular term for the V-shaped mounting connected to the fastener? It appears to be hand painted too. What kind of flowers do you think they are? Any insight is much appreciated to point me in the right direction! Thank you guys! 20201016_214540.jpg 20201016_214353.jpg 20201016_214414.jpg 20201016_214855.jpg

Those bright floral pins were popular in the 1960s. They were often worn centered on the bodice of a simple dress like #3 here.
