Beautiful scene by South African artist

    This is a painting that we (as a family) will never part with.

    It's painted by a fairly well known artist here in South Africa - Adriaan "Steve" van der Linde. It's one of his earlier works - painted in 1977.

    The reason we'll never part with it is because the artist passed away December last year, quite suddenly, from a heart attack. And happened to be my mom's brother.


    We have a few of his artworks, but this one is the biggest and most precious of the lot.

    Hope others will enjoy it as much as we do...
