Beautiful Lithograph Signed Marsalko - Is This James Marsalko?

    I found this at a thrift store last week; it's signed Marsalko which I think is James marsalko?
    Can anyone tell me anything about him - I found a few air force lithos by him but not a lot of stuff.
    Any idea where this is suppose to be?
    Any help would be greatly appreciated - I think it's a wonderful work of art?
