Beautiful large glass bowl. Possible Murano?

Hi everyone!
I have another curious piece. I got it from Stuttgart as well. It's the same place I got a bullicante vase by Archimede Seguso and many other Murano pieces. It's a heavy, wide rim large bowl. I just loved the technique with the bubble inside the colored ring! The only thing I didn't like is the unshaved pontil marks, but the bubbles are not perfect, so might be a test piece? Or it might be not Italian, but Eastern European?
I tried to research it, but didn't find anything like it, even with the same technique . I found two pieces online by Archimede Seguso with rings:

The diameter of this bowl is 31.5cm or 12 3/5", height 8cm or 3 1/8". Weight 3.048kg.
