Not thinking this is a huge resale item, it was at a sale where there were other antiques and they included it in a price for everything. It seems like there should be a name for this beaded style, was just curious and got it as a learning piece. Anyone recognize?

It looks like it may be an example of what would be called "sprigged ware". A sprig is a small decorative relief made in a separate mold, which is then applied to a ceramic piece while in the leather-hard stage (before firing). It would be a fast way of reproducing raised designs in factory production.

I don’t think this one is actually sprigged though, I think it’s sprig moulded. All one piece, made to look sprigged.

I see that several small elements fell off before the final firing. Would that be likely to happen if sprig moulded as a whole piece?
