Avon?

    Top one looks similar to some Fenton glass hats?

    Figured both out, hat is Fenton daisy button, bell is avon....ty!

    I don't know if this applies to this hat, but on the originals hat the "bottom" (top of the hat) had been ground and polished. The hexagonal 'buttons' were left long and these are what were ground.

    The original, made by Geo. Duncan & Sons was introduced about 1884. All others are copies.
