Thanks komo, but that's a horrible thing to say to someone on a liquid diet! ;) (4 more weeks before the stitches come out :arghh:)

Well I'm a horrible person !:sorry:

And further to that. ... since I chipped a front tooth biting down on a big roll of pasta on a metal fork.... I only use plastic forks ......which on occasion break off a tine....which I swallow...50% of the time.

Which I know in no way compares to your misfortune......but there it is.:meh:

    AND.....if you're on a liquid diet.....try making 25 % of it......RUM !!!;);)

( ps.....I'll bet you drop a pound or two in the interim ....) :):)

I've only dropped 4 pounds. No alcohol allowed! You're killing me! :p

Be careful, I don't think plastic tines are digestible.

They're not.....but I know I'm bound to bite down hard on a metal fork ...and destroy a front tooth ...or two ......& that you can understand ....I don't want to happen !!

    No Booze......get a 2nd opinion !!

Any guesses what name is next to the loth mark?

Even if I wrote down the letters as they seem, it doesn't spell anything I can pronounce ....:sorry:

Eh, my eyesight is failing, but have been puzzling over it - looking at it now on my Mom's huge hi-res monitor and still can't make it out (doubtful it's of much importance anyway)...

Thank you. I've tried several combinations without any luck.

Almost looks like it might be overstruck... Does it appear like there may be one stamp over another one?

I don't see that. It looks like a clear stamp but the letters are crude.

I found my jewelers loupe. It looks like KKNI or WKNI the last few look like TX and a backwards 1 or YX with a backwards 1

    KKNITX1 KKNIYX1 or WKNITX1 WKNIYX1

Still doesn't make any sense. The website where I found the marks does show several makers with the initials KK
