Assistance please on logo ID?

    Greeting Wise Ones,
    I just picked up this plated International Silver bonbon server in the King Edward pattern. I am trying to ID the organization that sports the logo on the handle. It is applied silver plate and red enamel with an "L" below a grail or chalice (?) in a triangle. And can someone refer me to a good on-line resource for keying out logos? I spent hours Googling yesterday, to no avail.
