phpXzw4GCAM.jpg I know very little about these and know I will not retire on them but I have always loved Asian art, pottery and figurines.

The Owl vase /lamp was our late Grandmother's. When my brother and I were in our tweens we were horsing around and broke our Grand's vase. We hurried and glued it back using model plane glue. To this day it has held up. :p Oh and the bust was also our Grams. She survived three big quakes living on a mantle top. phpOT52FCAM.jpg phpW6KswCAM.jpg php53vmg8AM.jpg .;)

The last piece looks like vintage 1950s Goldschneider.

The bust, that is, it was last till I posted and saw more.

Af the bust is before I was born and I am 66. I am having one heck of a time with these pics.:(

OK,the bust is from around 1920. Its Florence Art Jerome Ester Hunt.

Esther Hunt was an artist in the late 1800’s when women were discriminated against and not taken seriously, especially when it came to art. She became a popular painter and sculptor in the early 1900’s and began using San Francisco’s young children from China Town as her main subject.

Here is a common partial tea set but I love dragonware. There were more cups/saucers and a surgar but the Northridge quake broke most of them beyond repair.:arghh: The little oil lamp I found at a T-store.:)

Your green bowls marked China and your yellow floral bowl are early 20th century. I like them a lot..pretty!

Figtree3 What would you do if you weren't afraid?

I like them all, especially the one with the hunting dogs and horseman. A fox hunt?

The foxhunt vase reminds me of "101 Dalmations"... a good memory. :)

I also really like the vase with the black background, bird, and orange and pink flowers.
