Asian Pink Porcelain Vase

    I think more recent because it appears to have been made in a mold and the hole on the base looks like being made during the crafting process rather than drilled later. And the foot is not quite right for old piece.
    Any thoughts?

    I am with you that this is not a vase but was made to be a lamp. From the glaze covering the hole in the bottom, it's a dead giveaway. Age?

    Yeah, the slanted edge of the hole is covered with glaze, if it was drilled, the glaze would have been penetrated.
