Asian Painting?

    I found this at a sale and I have no idea what I got :) It is signed but I can not read the language. The paper around the edge of the picture is some kind of fabric or maybe embossed paper I think? Can anyone help me out?

    A lovely painting, Tammy. It is classic Chinese, looks like it was painted on silk.
    You've got it sideways, This is what it should look like:
