Asian or Dutch or other? its apparently a 5" tall ceramic with removable lid.

    yeah for sure. But is it asian? The blue color seems like, but the pattern on the sails maybe Dutch?

    I vote Asian, but not on the color. The symbols on the sail.

    It's Japanese, so the wooden stand is appropriate as well.

    A version of the Japanese Treasure Boat, not very old export piece, this is a symbolic folklore item that usually has the Seven Gods of Good Fortune as passengers, check it out with google. The designs of the sails represents the money symbol in Asia. All good omens, lol.
