Yes i saw that Deborah I am looking for her works she was 84 and died in 2019 i think

 

2014. Born 1930 so this could be a student work. Red clay looks like Georgia.

she may not be well known and that still a guess that that is the same. She would have been but 8 years old. however signature could be from an 8 year old girl.

she was very talented for 18 i would say and a genius if were 8

 

She would have been in college, an art student, when that was produced. Anything on the back?

mostly dust but was framed well no markings did not want to take out of frame

That's a nice regionalist piece.I see a fair amount of compelling art,much of it by unlisted artists.Some folks create art because they have to,and never have big- time gallery shows or patrons,let alone museum exhibits-this kind of resume' gets one 'Listed'.
Many women artists back in the day didn't really feel they had a choice societaly to become full-time artists.
