Marked "J.S. & S", "MADE IN ENGLAND" on reverse. Research says that this is the mark of Joseph Sankeys & Sons, an artistic metalware manufacturer in England in the late Victorian era - early 20th century (apparently folding ca. 1932, most likely due to the Depression).

I've always wanted a nice copper or brass serving tray. This'll do until I find something nicer. The little fat, knob feet underneath were a bit wonkily. A few well-placed, padded hammer-strikes evened things out and it looks great after cleaning :)
