Art Glass Vase White and Blue New or Older?

Looked kind of interesting. With my luck its an import. Any opinions?

 

IMHO new

 

Back in 2000 to 2005, TJ Maxx and Homegoods were selling very similar pieces. There was a glass artist making pieces like this as well but I can't remember who it was. I think the Artful Hand may have carried that artist's work. If it isn't signed, my guess it is the mass marketed pieces from the retailer.

Looked thru Replacements...didn't see it...some images aren't available though. Doubtful of KB

 

I called a friend who has a piece with that wrap around glass and it has a label marked Poland.

 

Kosta Boda? That would not have been on my radar.
