Art glass unique Wine Glasses help with signature

hello forum members,
Today I have these unique “octopus”???? Wine glasses. They are both signed. I see “Rendlm”. I appreciate your help.

 

No idea who, but the technique is lampwork, and I'd call them tendrils.

 

Looks like the work of Frabel but doesn't match his siggie.

Yes, holding them would be difficult. But I was thinking they look like breakage ready to happen. But they are too cool and fun!
