Art glass style bowl with star mark

    would anyone know this mark? Kind of like Gentile glass but not so sure if is their mark.

    No idea, but it's pretty; I'm a sucker for glass with those copper flecks in it.

    I only ever had one piece of Gentile glass. This was the mark:

    Does your piece have a "C" in the center of the Star?

    Bob,

    I dont know if you remember "Butchiedog_gone_it" but he had a list of glass marks that he had posted on Ebay. I have a copy of it and he shows 4 different marks for Gentile.

    Not unusual for any company to have several different marks.

    No C in the center of the star. I did look at that page of glass marks and did not see my star.

    I have a list of Gentile marks...but no pictures..sorry...BUT..even though my list says 1979..star..I really do no recognize yours as being Gentile...(I have had a few Gentile paperweights in the past..and your mark does not look like theirs (IF I remember correctly..)
