Featured Art Deco Aquamarine Stickpin, help with maker?

    Bought this nice stickpin. It is marked R&N 14k.... I am having a lot of trouble finding the maker of this pin, mainly because when I search R&N it comes up with registered nurse pins...... Any help is appreciated!

    Nice, spart. In spite of the shape it looks older than Deco to me.
    I take it the specks in the stone are reflections of dust particles, not bubbles?:nailbiting:
