Are these starving artist paintings?

Here is a link to some paintings by K. Hoskins on ebay. Mostly southwestern paintings but I found a few on Google that look a little like Thomas Kinkade style so I thought it may be a starving artist factory painting name. I did not see the name as a listed artist. Thank you.

Looks like factory stuff to me. They may even be partially stenciled. I call those paintings art by the yard or sofa art.

 

Is it cruel to say that maybe they should be? Starving?

 

It's crueler to call it art. Technically it looks like what it's supposed to be, but there's no creativity. I've seen technical drawings with more feeling and life to them.
