Arc de Triomphe- Painting or print?

So I really don’t know much about art. I found this in a charity shop for $1. Is it a painting or a canvas print? Measures about 30x40cm. Thanks for any comments and keep well.

    That's a "paint-by-numbers' painting. Some of them are going for good money on ebay these days.

    Many thanks for the comment and link. ‘Paint by numbers painting’ I won’t have figured that out.. :)

    I had this PBN called "April in Paris" (Palmer Paint Sales SM-402). Released in 1953, it was one of the so-called Big Four - the largest Paint by Numbers produced . It measured 27" by 36" and had a palette that contained 90 different colors.

    That's a beauty. Must have taken many weeks to complete. I can hardly believe the prices they sell for online these days!

    The transparency or thinness of the paint in some sections reminds me of a woodblock print. Have purchased a few woodblock over the years and that was my first impression. Just a thought.
