Anyone recognize this dog?

    Not old, but does anyone recognize this dog? Champion is written on his cap. It was found in a large collection of racing automobilia, maybe a mascot for Champion auto parts?

    When I first glanced at it, it reminded me of a St bernard with an ice pack on his head.:p

    I was thinking a stylized Bloodhound... but maybe some other hound.
