It is a souvenir jambiya from Saudi Arabia.
Jambiyas used to be a must-have for men from Yemen, Oman, and Saudi Arabia. Older men in Yemen and Oman still wear them, and they are also worn as part of traditional dress on special occasions.

Generally men in that region were not allowed to wear jewellery, except for a silver ring. So they came to regard the jambiya and belt as their equivalent of the women's abundant jewellery. This is the result.

 

Certainly spectacular. Interesting the efforts to get around cultural norms and to display your financial significance.
