Anyone know Artist Busby? 11.5"x8.5" Watercolor Signed Busby

Anyone know an artist Busby whose signature is like below? Small 11.5"x8.5" watercolor. Pretty thing and I am guessing a local artist and fairly new but with wooden windmill or whatever you call that, it could be older I guess. Thank you!

 

The age of the subject in the picture would not indicate age. There are a number of Busby watercolor artists but I was not able to see the Signature. I paint in watercolor . It is nicely done but could be an amature like me. You won't find my paintings on the internet.

 

Sure hand and not a wasted line. Certainly done by someone with art training.

Thank you, I thought so. The signature is pale by the red dot like flowers on the right toward the middle, but I think you are right.

 

What state do you live in?

 

Kansas so the landscape makes sense, which was why I thought probably local, but hopeful I could be wrong and some $$$ painting. Not my luck! I do like it though.

You might very well be right. I can't read the signature on the one in the photo with her obit but it looks promising. Thank you for taking the time to help me.
