Anyone know anything about a Helen Anderson vintage watch?

I cannot find anything on this watch Only the lady's name pops up and she might have been a fashion designer??? Not sure the back is the original as it was loose in the lot and does not snap tight I am not sure if I am applying enough pressure but I don't want to damage anything either It runs when wound and moved but I am sure it needs to be serviced

I suspect that Helen received this watch as an employer's anniversary gift. Not the traditional "gold watch" at retirement obviously, but that little stone in the diamond shaped background has me thinking in that general direction. One of my former employers gave out a 10-year anniversary watch if you managed to make it that far (which I did.)

 

Suspect above correct. 1960s from the look of it. And so typical of the era... A longtime female employee given a watch designed for a man.
